Job summary

MBDA S.A.S. is seeking a System of Systems Engineer to support the integration of the Land Ceptor product into a wider Ground Based Air Defence context. Salary ranges from £45,000 to £56,000 depending on experience, with hybrid work and on-site requirements in Bristol.

You will work across multiple work streams, define requirements and architectures, perform verification planning, and coordinate with customers and industry partners to deliver robust solutions for export contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience developing design requirements and verification documentation; able to agreement with stakeholders including System Design Authorities and Government organisations.
• Experience in developing and integrating complex systems, preferably in defence.
• Strong systems thinking skills with ability to initiate and drive trade studies.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define System of Systems requirements and evolution paths for future development.
• Define System of Systems architecture and use-cases to support system requirements.
• Define integration requirements and verification plans.
• Conduct design and technical reviews with customer and partners.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to resolve technical issues.
