Deals Tax, Tax Mergers & Acquisitions, Manager

Join our Merger and Acquisition Tax practice within Tax services to help clients meet their tax obligations across various specialties. Advise on local and international tax matters, manage indirect taxes, resolve disputes, and assist with mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, divestitures, partnerships, and insolvency. Focus on establishing treasury goals, analyzing tax assets, assessing risks, and modeling taxable income and cash flow impacts.

Work with a team of passionate professionals on complex projects with diverse clients, including multinational corporations, private equity firms, startups, and owner-managed businesses. Develop your career through challenging projects and client interactions.
