This role offers a salary of £62,000 - £90,000 per annum, 35 days’ holiday (pro rata), a 10% in-store discount, and a company car. We are looking for a proactive individual to lead the expansion and management of our portfolio in East Sussex and Kent, overseeing the full asset lifecycle from site identification to ongoing asset management. Responsibilities include negotiating land/site acquisitions, managing planning processes, and developing relationships with key stakeholders such as landlords, local authorities, and developers.
The successful candidate will own the full development and planning process from concept to completion, requiring excellent communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to multi-task under tight deadlines. The role involves regular travel and presence at our Gravesend (Northfleet) Property Office or within your designated area at least 3 days per week.
