This is an exciting opportunity for you to be responsible for the expansion and management of our portfolio in East Sussex and Kent. You will be involved in the full asset lifecycle from initial site identification, negotiation, and acquisition of land/sites. You will lead a professional team through the planning process to obtain satisfactory consents, support construction phases, and ongoing asset management.
You will develop relationships with key third parties such as landlords, tenants, local authorities, agents, and developers. This role offers ownership of the full development and planning processes from concept to completion, requiring excellent communication and negotiation skills, multitasking, and meeting tight deadlines.

Please note, you will be expected to work at our Gravesend (Northfleet) Property Office or in your designated area a minimum of 3 days per week.
