Job summary

McLaren Racing in Woking is seeking a Laminating Technician to produce high-quality composite laminated components for our current and future Formula One cars, meeting tight deadlines.

You will prepare, manufacture and maintain moulds, vacuum bag components and operate autoclaves, delivering safe, precise work and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain racing performance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a skilled composite laminator.
• Experience within motorsport or aerospace is beneficial.
• Knowledge of composite laminating, mould preparation, vacuum bagging and autoclave processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Clear and accurate communication skills.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience as a skilled composite laminator.
