Job summary

McLaren Racing Ltd in Woking is seeking a Laminating Technician to produce high-quality composite laminated components for current and future Formula One cars, meeting tight deadlines.

You will prepare and maintain moulds, operate vacuum bagging and autoclave processes, delivering safe, reliable parts on time. The role requires attention to detail and collaboration across teams in a fast-paced motorsport environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a skilled composite laminator.
• Experience within motorsport, particularly Formula One, or aerospace would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of composite laminating, mould preparation, vacuum bagging and autoclave processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality, performance and output.
• Clear and accurate communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate understanding.
