Job summary

McLaren Racing is seeking a skilled Laminating Technician to produce high-quality composite laminated components for our Formula One projects, meeting tight deadlines and exacting standards. You will prepare moulds, vacuum bag parts, and operate autoclaves in accordance with prescribed processes, delivering safe, high-performance components for race cars.

Experience in motorsport or aerospace is advantageous; a proactive, detail-oriented mindset and clear communication are essential to support

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a skilled composite laminator.
• Experience within motorsport, particularly Formula One, or aerospace would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of composite laminating, mould preparation, vacuum bagging and autoclave processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality, performance and output.
• Clear and accurate communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate understanding.
