Job summary

Crosby Composites are expanding their team at the Wellingborough site with a Laminating apprentice role. You will work Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, gaining practical experience in laminating and quality processes within a fast-paced environment.

This apprenticeship lays a Lean Manufacturing Level 2 foundation and includes benefits such as annual leave, healthcare, pension, and employee discounts as part of a structured development program in a leading carbon fibre operation.

Qualifications

• School leavers with a passion for Formula One and Motorsport can join as a Laminating apprentice.
• The course is Lean Manufacturing Level 2.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.

We have some amazing opportunities for school leavers with a passion for Formula One and Motorsport to join our company as a Laminating apprentice at our Wellingborough site. You would be working with some of the best production operatives in the business and gain a wealth of knowledge and skills.

This is a great way to start your career in the industry as well as gaining a qualification. The course is Lean Manufacturing Level 2.

You would be contracted to work Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.
