Job summary

Crosby Composites are seeking experienced laminators for our Wellingborough site. This day-shift role runs Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:30, with competitive pay, a company pension, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, private healthcare and overtime opportunities during peak periods.

Candidate will laminate and tooling across a broad product range, ensure drawings and route cards are correct, and help develop processes to improve quality and efficiency while keeping the department clean and

• Experience laminating and tooling across a broad range of products.
• Familiar with prepreg autoclave processes.
• Good understanding of engineering drawings.
• Ability to check drawings and route card instructions.
• Maintain department cleanliness and hygiene.

We have opportunities for experienced laminators to join our company at our Wellingborough site. We work to the highest standards and our Laminating team are a critical part of managing this and supporting the production areas.

This is a day shift, working Monday to Friday. Core hours are 8am to 4:30pm. We offer competitive rates of pay, company pension, 23 days holiday plus the bank holidays, private healthcare and the opportunity for overtime during peak periods.

In this role we require individuals who can:
