The Inn Collection Group, proudly operating The Wateredge Inn in Ambleside, is seeking a Sous Chef to lead and inspire a busy kitchen team. You will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional dishes, champion fresh, quality ingredients, and drive kitchen excellence across all sections.

In this role you will manage a talented team, contribute to menu development and costing, and handle stock control, supplier orders, and cleanliness.
