• Lead the team to deliver company standards in a busy Inn environment.
• Manage daily operations and assist the General Manager.
• Liaise with Chefs, Management and Suppliers; supervise stocktakes and ordering.
• Handle accounts management and occasional sleepovers and guest responses.
