Job Opportunity: Labourers / Drivers

Excellent opportunity for Labourers and Drivers to join a well-established company based in Stowmarket.

Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 per annum (£500 per week), rising to circa £28,500 after successful completion of probation.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation where the current directors aim to develop the successful candidate to lead the company forward with new projects.

Company Overview

The company, as seen on Clarkson’s Farm, specializes in the de-compaction of soil and root zones of trees and turf, working on private residential gardens and professional sports surfaces such as golf courses, football pitches, and bowling greens.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Working outdoors across the UK in locations like Royal Parks and National Trust properties, on football pitches, bowling greens, and gardens.
2. Learning a highly skilled trade within a niche company.
3. All accommodation and breakfast will be paid for during work trips.

Tasks and Requirements

• Moving gear around the site and backfilling probe holes.
• Assisting the machine operator.
• Training to operate vehicles.
• Room for advancement.
• Having a CSCS/CITB card is preferable but not essential.

All accommodation when staying overnight away from the base will be paid for, including lunch.
