Salary: £13.26 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Full-time)
We are looking for two experienced Senior Support Workers to join our Colchester team at Aspirations Care.
You will be responsible for inspiring and supporting our dedicated teams to deliver outstanding care services to individuals with moderate to severe learning disabilities.

Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker, full clean driving licence.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a care or support role. Strong IT skills (Word, email). Experience supervising staff and managing records. Good understanding of safeguarding, health & safety, and person-centred care. Passion for enabling people to live fulfilling, independent lives.
