Job summary

Connexions Thames Valley is seeking a Labourer for North London. You will work full-time with a 40-hour week, driving a Metworks van as needed and performing trades-related tasks within social housing environments.

Applicants should hold a valid UK manual driving licence, have at least one year of driving experience, and possess an NVQ2 qualification or equivalent trade experience. DBS checks may apply.

• A full UK manual driving licence (you will provided with your own Metworks van for working hours).

Job description

Title: Labourer

Location: North London

Salary: �29,397 - �30,944

Working hours/pattern: 40 hours per week between 8am – 6pm.

Requirements

Experience

• Previously worked in a social housing or local authority environment
• Relevant NVQ2 qualification or equivalent trade experience

Driving

• A full UK manual driving licence (you will provided with your own Metworks van for working hours).
• A minimum of one year of significant driving experience. (MTVH reserves the right to withdraw an offer of employment if company fleet policy is unable to secure adequate insurance.)
