Job summary

Metropolitan Thames Valley is seeking a Labourer to join our Property Department in South London. The role is permanent, full-time, with 40 hours per week between 8am and 6pm, and a starting salary of £29,397 to £30,944 per year.

Applicants should have experience in social housing or local authorities, NVQ2 or equivalent, and hold a full UK manual driving licence to drive the company van during working hours. A DBS check will be completed after offer.

The role

Salary: £29,397 - £30,944

Working hours/pattern: 40 hours per week between 8am - 6pm.

Requirements

Experience

• Previously worked in a social housing or local authority environment
• Relevant NVQ2 qualification or equivalent trade experience

Driving

• A full UK manual driving licence (you will provided with your own Metworks van for working hours).
• A minimum of one year of significant driving experience. (MTVH reserves the right to withdraw an offer of employment if company fleet policy is unable to secure adequate insurance.)
