Job summary

Connexions Thames Valley Labourer role based in South London. You will work across housing sites, performing general labour tasks and supporting maintenance and construction activities on social housing projects.

The position offers a 40-hour week from 8am to 6pm, with a full UK manual driving licence required for site visits. A strong benefits package and clear progression path are provided.

• Experience in a social housing or local authority environment.
• Relevant NVQ2 qualification or equivalent trade experience.
• Full UK manual driving licence; access to company van.

Requirements

Experience

• Previously worked in a social housing or local authority environment
• Relevant NVQ2 qualification or equivalent trade experience

Driving

• A full UK manual driving licence (you will provided with your own Metworks van for working hours).
• A minimum of one year of significant driving experience. (MTVH reserves the right to withdraw an offer of employment if company fleet policy is unable to secure adequate insurance.)
