This is a physically active position with a 42.5-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. A full UK driving licence and entitlement to work in the UK are required. Training and development opportunities are provided.

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable General Operative to join our team, supporting roofing and groundworks repairs across a range of residential properties. Working as part of a responsive repairs team, you will help deliver high-quality maintenance and repair services, ensuring homes remain safe, secure, and well maintained. This is a varied and physically active role that involves travelling between properties, working both independently and as part of a team, and maintaining high standards of health and safety and customer service at all times.
