Mears Group is seeking a skilled Multi-Skilled Operative for the Rainham, London area to support social housing repairs across London and Essex. The role is field-based, hands-on, and requires carrying out multi-trade repairs in occupied homes with a right-first-time service.
The successful candidate will manage their workload, diagnose faults, record job details on a PDA, and travel as needed. A driving licence and NVQ Level 2 in a core trade are essential.

You will be trusted to manage your own workload, identify additional repair needs, and deliver a right-first-time service while always representing Mears professionally.
