Job summary

RGM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a dependable Labourer for a busy Rochester construction site. You will support trades, help with loading/unloading materials, and maintain safety and cleanliness on daily operations.

Expect setup and dismantling of temporary works, strict health and safety adherence, and general site duties on a long-term, 4-month assignment. Immediate start offered; rate £15.88–£16.00 per hour with ongoing opportunities for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CSCS card (essential).
• Full PPE provided and worn on site.
• Previous construction site experience is preferred but not essential.
• Physically fit with a good work ethic and punctual attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist trades and site management with daily tasks.

In this role, you will assist tradespeople and site management with daily tasks, help in the loading and unloading of materials, and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the site. You will be expected to support the smooth daily operations by setting up and dismantling temporary work areas or equipment, ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed, and carrying out general site duties as instructed.
