Job summary

ECG Facilities Services, based in Glasgow, seeks a skilled individual to coordinate engineering teams, manage CAFM systems, and ensure excellent customer service. With a robust presence in facilities maintenance, we require someone ambitious and detail-oriented with experience in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will assist the Technical Manager and ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, alongside strong organizational skills.

Location: Glasgow

Hours: 40 hours per week

Coordinate and schedule inhouse engineering labour visits.

Assist Technical Manager in planning Reactive, Fixed Price and Maintenance Work orders.

Checking and verifying engineers, report sheets and timecards on a daily basis.

Manage and update CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) systems.

Respond to client queries and provide excellent customer service.

Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.

Accurately record and process data using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and numeracy skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and excellent systems awareness.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ambitious and eager to learn quickly.

Experience working in a very fast-paced environment.
