Qualifications

• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician from a recognized program or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of lab safety procedures and terminology.
• Proficiency with computer systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Logs, sorts, and labels specimens for testing/examination.
• Transports samples to the testing lab as required.
• Prepares and processes medical samples and reagents for identification and testing.
• Enters data and uses the LIMS to maintain accurate records.
