Job summary

Network Scientific Recruitment is seeking a Graduate Laboratory Analyst for a contract testing organisation near Reading. This full-time role involves lab-based analytical work and data interpretation, with documentation and collaboration with study directors to ensure timely, high-quality client studies.

You should hold a degree in a scientific discipline, have practical lab experience, and show strong communication and time-management skills. Desirable: HPLC/GC experience and GLP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Degree level or above in a relevant scientific discipline (ideally Chemistry).
• Practical laboratory experience and good bench skills.
• Excellent communication, time management, investigative and analytical skills.
• Highly advantageous – practical experience with HPLC + GC and knowledge of GLP.

Responsibilities

• Lab based analytical work using bench and chromatographic techniques.
• Completion of related documentation and data interpretation.
• Work closely with study directors and other scientists to deliver studies to high quality.
• Support a multidisciplinary team and contribute to timely project delivery.
