Job summary

Qualifications

• Interest in science with relevant qualifications and strong administration, customer service and organisational skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in a laboratory, client-facing role, project coordination or LIMS environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client enquiries and project information through the LIMS.
• Review and log project information; maintain clear records and documentation.
• Communicate progress with clients and internal teams; escalate delays or issues promptly.
