Job summary

Tetra Tech Europe is seeking a Project Coordination Manager to join our Bedford laboratory management team. You will lead a team of Project Coordinators, ensure client projects are delivered accurately and efficiently, and manage reporting, invoicing and subcontracted work.

Based in the Bedford laboratory, you will drive strong customer experience, oversee change control and coordinate with lab teams to ensure timely project delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in laboratory or technical project management.
• Strong track record of meeting client requirements in fast-paced environments.
• Experience leading teams, making decisions under pressure, and working independently or collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Coordinators and manage workload, KPIs and performance.
• Oversee contract delivery, client communication, subcontracted work, reporting and invoicing processes.
• Coordinate courier activity and internal communication with laboratory teams.
