Job summary

Flint UK Technology Services is seeking an experienced Lab Infrastructure test engineer to develop automation scripts, maintain CPE test environments, and deliver high-impact resolutions within an Agile team. The role requires strong Python skills, Linux, Docker, and experience with CI/CD tools.

You will work across cross-domain issues, provide QA oversight, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-moving telecoms context.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in automated test development and scripting.
• Maintaining and improving CPE test environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex cross-domain issues.
• Quality assurance oversight for multiple engineers in matrix structure.
• Comfortable working in Agile delivery squads and using Jira/Wiki.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation test scripts for next-generation converged products and services.
• Maintain and improve CPE platform test environments.
• Deliver resolutions to complex, cross-domain issues impacting customers.
• Provide technical QA over the work of other engineers in a matrix team.
• Work effectively within Agile delivery squads and track progress with Jira/Wiki.
• Support proactive improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing.
