We are seeking an inspirational and energetic Counter Manager Lead to play a leading role in the success of the team by supporting the Counter Manager to lead, coach and develop our team of Skin Care Experts to achieve sales, client service and operational targets. You will have partial accountability for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, exceptional customer relationship management and the leadership of a high performing team.
