Job summary

Inspire EHC is partnering with a specialist SEN school in Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex, to recruit a dedicated Level 3 SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA). The role involves supporting pupils with SEN, including autism, SLD, PMLD, and complex needs, on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.

You will help students access learning, build confidence and develop life skills. The successful candidate will join a supportive school community, receive ongoing CPD, and benefit from a competitive daily rate

Location: Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex

Salary: £85 - £105 per day (dependent on experience)

Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only

The Role

As a Level 3 SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will provide essential support both in the classroom and throughout the wider school day.

Working on a one-to-one basis and with small groups, you will help students access learning, build confidence, develop life skills and achieve positive outcomes.
