Job summary

Caretech is seeking an experienced trainer to design and deliver health and social care training across our Children’s Services. You will work within the L&D team to ensure all staff are compliant with company and regulatory training requirements.

Responsibilities include running training events, coordinating materials, and generating reports. Candidates should have at least 1 year in a similar role, strong Excel skills, and be able to work 9am–5:30pm, Mon–Fri in a rural UK location.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths/English at Grade C or above or NVQ Level 2.
• A minimum of 1 year proven relevant work experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role.
• Drivers preferred due to rural location and some travel to homes as required.
• Well organised with ability to work in a small team and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training to employees as part of the L&D team.
• Ensure training events run smoothly and are well presented.
• Coordinate course administration with the L&D Coordinator.
• Prepare assessments and reports for curriculum design and head of L&D.
• Evaluate training and provide recommendations for improvement.
