Job summary

You will develop materials, lead inductions, and ensure compliance with government standards while collaborating with multiple stakeholders to help children and young people reach their full potential.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and willingness to travel nationally across regions.

Qualifications

• Deliver training to residential workers and other staff.
• Develop and maintain learning materials and resources.
• Lead induction programs in designated regions.
• Ensure services align with legislation, regulations, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Understand residential regulations, safeguarding, and child care law.
