Job summary

Staffordshire Wildlife Trust is seeking a confident Learning & Development Officer to oversee training administration and alumni records. The role includes coordinating mandatory and first aid training, onboarding programmes, and supporting line managers with staff development plans.

You will lead the digital transformation of induction processes, manage SharePoint pages, and ensure data accuracy in Excel for analytics. CIPD qualification preferred or in progress.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development administration and training records management.
• Ability to implement and manage a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Strong attention to detail with Excel for charts, pivot tables and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mandatory and first aid training and induction programmes.
• Manage onboarding and staff development plans across the Trust.
• Lead LMS implementation and ensure content is uploaded and accessible.
