Job summary

The Wildlife Trusts is seeking a confident Learning and Development expert to oversee all mandatory training and staff development across the Trust.

This central role will manage training records and spearhead the introduction of a new Learning Management System, while building strong working relationships with staff, volunteers and Trustees. CIPD-qualified candidates are preferred. Excellent attention to detail and proficiency with Excel for reporting a plus.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of learning and development and staff training.
• Proven expertise in updating databases and spreadsheets with accuracy.
• CIPD qualification or working towards preferred.
