Job summary

Inspire ATA is seeking a Coaching, Learning & Development Practitioner to support learning needs across teams and individuals in a dynamic environment.

You will design, deliver and evaluate training using face-to-face, digital and blended methods, and provide coaching to enhance employee development and performance. The role may involve flexible apprenticeship arrangements with host clients.

• Monitor learner participation, progress and achievement against objectives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programmes using data and feedback.
• Advise stakeholders on learning and development best practices.
• Support continuous improvement by recommending enhancements to learning programmes and coaching approaches.
