Job summary

Mattioli Woods is building a new Learning and Development function. The Learning and Development Specialist will shape onboarding, development, and support for colleagues across the firm, creating a cohesive learning framework and unified pathways.

You will work with the T&C team, EB Academy, Trainee Adviser Academy and CRM hub to drive learning across the organization, from foundation onboarding to leading monthly Learning Council discussions.

Qualifications

• Learning and development experience within financial services, ideally wealth management end-to-end ownership of an LMS.
• Experience in designing and launching capability programmes from scratch.
• Experience building competency/capability frameworks and pathways across teams or business areas.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to connect learning to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding programmes for new joiners across roles and acquisitions.
• Launch Manager Essentials covering performance conversations and coaching.
• Create digital-first modular learning content (10–12 minutes).
• Own and administer the LMS platform with consistent standards.
• Lead Learning Council with T&C, EB Academy, Trainee Adviser Academy and CRM hub partners.
