Mattioli Woods plc is building a dedicated Learning and Development function. The Specialist will shape onboarding, development and support for colleagues across the firm, starting from a blank page and creating something new in financial services learning.

You will own LMS administration, design core capability frameworks, and partner with T&C, EB Academy and Trainee Adviser Academy to drive a unified learning strategy and cross-team pathways.

Competenze

• Experience in financial services learning and development.
• End-to-end LMS ownership and administration.
• Proven track record designing and launching capability programmes.
• Experience building competency frameworks and cross-team pathways.
• Strong stakeholder management supporting teams.
• Confidence with data linking learning to business outcomes.

Mansioni

• Design and deliver the Foundation onboarding programme for new joiners across roles and acquisitions.
• Build a core capability framework and joined-up learning pathways across the group.
• Launch Manager Essentials covering performance conversations and coaching.
• Create digital-first learning content in short modules (10–12 minutes).
• Own our LMS as platform administrator and set usage standards.
• Partner with T&C, EB Academy, Trainee Adviser Academy and CRM hub.
• Lead a monthly Learning Council to keep learning aligned across the firm.
