JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an Associate to join the CO&D Global Controls Team focusing on robust AML/KYC control environments. The role covers exam management, regulatory activity, and cross-LOB collaboration to address regulatory requests and remediation.

Responsibilities include managing AML/KYC engagements, regulatory reporting end-to-end, and using analytics/AI to anticipate trends and improve controls. Strong communication is essential.

Formación

• 5+ years in controls, compliance, audit, or risk management in finance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent communication across regions and levels; AML/KYC data expertise.
• Self-motivated with ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
• Advanced Excel skills for data review and analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a caseload of AML/KYC engagements, RFIs, and sample files.
• Provide executive-ready reporting to senior stakeholders with insights.
• Lead regulatory reporting end-to-end; handle large data requests from regulators.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Internal Audit, and Operations teams.
• Use analytics/AI capabilities to anticipate trends and support automation.
