JPMorgan Chase in London is seeking a Financial Crime Product Manager to drive end-to-end solutions across AML, KYC, sanctions screening and monitoring systems. You will shape product strategy, partner with Compliance and Legal, and lead teams through discovery, design, and deployment.

You will influence senior stakeholders, maintain regulatory awareness, and deliver measurable improvements while collaborating with global colleagues to ensure consistent controls across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• 3+ years in a financial crime role within financial services.
• Familiarity with AML/KYC concepts such as customer due diligence, screening, and risk scoring.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead lifecycle activities from discovery to value delivery.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior audiences.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate ambiguity.

Responsabilités

• Define and own the product roadmap for financial crime including AML, KYC, sanctions screening, risk scoring and transaction monitoring systems.
• Collaborate with Compliance and other stakeholders to define product solutions meeting regulatory requirements.
• Maintain understanding of regulatory guidance and industry best practices; act as a financial crime SME.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on key programmes and risks.
• Work with legal and compliance to address regulatory examinations, audits, and remediation efforts.
• Define and monitor key product metrics and drive improvements across the AML/KYC control environment.
• Partner with global teams to ensure consistent controls across jurisdictions.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle from ideation through deployment.
