Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking an AML & KYC specialist to join our onboardings and ongoing reviews. You will work with internal teams as a subject matter expert to maintain a compliant, high-performing AML environment and ensure accurate KYC documentation.

The role demands detail orientation, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple client sectors, funds and corporate structures while delivering timely reports and support to the AML Manager.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in AML/KYC with knowledge of AML/CDD requirements.
• Good understanding of Funds and Corporate structures affecting due diligence.
• Excellent organisational, prioritisation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive, solutions-driven mindset with consistent high-quality outputs.
• Formal qualification in Financial Crime preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Complete AML/KYC onboarding and periodic reviews with CDD, screening and risk assessments.
• Prepare reports and deliver client deliverables for funds and corporate clients.
• Quality-check outputs, guide juniors, share knowledge on client specifics.
• Identify risks, breaches, and errors; contribute to corrective actions.
• Act as a key contact for clients and internal stakeholders for due diligence docs.
• Support AML Manager with reporting, admin, and team initiatives.
• Follow procedures and workflows with accuracy and compliance.
