Job summary

Global Entertainment Organisation is seeking an experienced DevOps Platform Engineer to support a modern hybrid infrastructure across cloud and on‑premise environments. You will focus on Kubernetes, Linux administration and automation to ensure secure, scalable and highly available platforms across a global business.

The role involves building and scaling Kubernetes clusters, database administration for MySQL, PostgreSQL and MongoDB, and maintaining monitoring and logging across systems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on administration of Kubernetes clusters across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Experience with sharded MongoDB clusters is a plus.
• Strong Linux administration experience, especially Ubuntu.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage and scale Kubernetes clusters across cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Support and administer MySQL, PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases.
• Manage monitoring, alerting and logging platforms.
• Automate infrastructure via IaC and scripting.
• Maintain high availability and resilience of critical systems.
• Manage access controls and permissions in cloud platforms.
• Troubleshoot and performance tune platform components.
• Develop standards, best practices and documentation.
• Provide technical guidance to internal engineering teams.
