Maven Securities is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer / Platform Engineer to join a small team in London. You will oversee production trading environments, collaborate across traders, developers, quants and data teams, and champion automation, monitoring and reliability across the platform.

The role is based in London with global distribution, offering flexible work-from-home options up to one day per week and a discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar DevOps/Platform Engineering role.
• Strong scripting and automation experience (Python preferred).
• Experience with deployment, monitoring, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Own operational responsibility for production trading and research environments.
• Collaborate with traders, developers, quants, data engineers and infra teams.
• Drive automation, monitoring, resiliency, and continuous improvement across deployments.
