Affinity Learning Partnership is seeking a compassionate Key Stage 5 Learning Mentor to support students in a caring and inclusive environment. You will build trusted relationships with learners, parents, and staff while developing tailored intervention strategies to improve wellbeing and academic outcomes.

Qualifications

• We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Key Stage 5 Learning Mentor who is committed to fostering an inclusive educational environment.
• Experience in education or youth work and a deep understanding of the challenges students face.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with students, parents, and staff.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop and implement tailored intervention strategies.
• Commitment to improving student well-being and promoting positive learning experiences.
• Strong organisational skills for maintaining records and monitoring student performance.
• Proactive in identifying needs and resilient in facing challenges.

Responsibilities

• Support individual student needs and develop tailored intervention plans.
