Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working with secondary-aged children, ideally KS3.
• Experience of working with students who have SEMH.
• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate learners on a one-to-one basis.
• Relevant qualifications or tutoring/teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised learning sessions aligned with Key Stage 3 curriculum.
• Support the student's academic progress in core subjects such as English and Maths.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
• Build a positive and encouraging learning environment.
• Liaise with staff and Think Education to monitor progress.
