Job summary

Lancashire Teaching Agency is recruiting for a dedicated full-time SEN Secondary Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive SEN School in the Chorley area. The role starts as soon as possible and runs through to at least Christmas, with potential to continue.

You will plan and deliver KS3 lessons, create an inclusive classroom, and work with staff and external professionals to support learners and progress.

Qualifications

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential.
• Has experience teaching KS3 pupils.
• Has a passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs.
• Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Is adaptable, patient, and committed to making a positive impact.
• Experience supporting pupils with behavioural needs is highly advantageous.
