Job summary

Flourish Education is recruiting a Key Stage 2 Teacher for a partner primary school in Stourbridge. This full-time role starts after the October half-term and runs through Christmas 2026, with responsibilities for a Year 3 class including planning, delivering lessons, marking, and progress tracking.

Qualifications

• Previous experience teaching within Key Stage 2 in a UK primary school (Year 3/Year 4).
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and Lower KS2 expectations.
• Ability to plan and deliver creative, structured lessons that engage pupils.

Responsibilities

• Take on full class teacher responsibilities including planning, delivering lessons, and assessment.
• Support Year 3 pupils transitioning into Key Stage 2, fostering independence.
• Mark and assess pupils, track progress, and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and staff to maintain an inclusive classroom.
