Sharples School Multi-Academy Trust, an over-subscribed mixed comprehensive in North Bolton, is seeking a KS2 to KS3 Transition Teacher (English) to support our pupils' transition from Year 6 to Year 7. This permanent position is available from September 2025 and offers a salary range of £31,650 - £49,084 (T1-T9).
The ideal candidate will be an experienced KS2 teacher, familiar with Y5 and Y6, and capable of teaching English and reading to Year 7 students, possibly including Y8 intervention groups. The role aims to bridge primary and secondary education, ensuring a smooth transition and supporting student progress.
