Location: Central Manchester
Start Date: June 2025
Hours: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)
Contract: Fixed Term (June July 2025), with a view to a permanent position from September
Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)

GSL Education Manchester is thrilled to be supporting a small, welcoming primary school in Central Manchester in their search for a Year 3 Class Teacher to join their team from June through to the end of the academic year. This role offers a brilliant opportunity for the right candidate to transition into a permanent role from September 2025.
About the Role:
You ll be taking over a well-established Year 3 class and joining a dedicated and friendly staff team. With supportive leadership and a focus on collaboration, this is a great chance to settle into the school community before the new academic year begins.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Planning and delivering high-quality lessons across the Year 3 curriculum
Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every child thrives
Working in partnership with colleagues and parents to support learning and development
Contributing to the wider school life and values
What We re Looking For:
A qualified teacher (QTS essential) with experience in Key Stage 2
A confident practitioner with strong classroom presence and positive behaviour management
Someone committed to making a difference and keen to embed themselves within the school
A team player with a proactive and reflective approach
