Vision for Education Ltd is seeking a dedicated KS2 Teaching Assistant to join a lovely Primary School in Ashington, Northumberland on a full-time basis. The role involves supporting the KS2 team and helping pupils develop academically and personally.

The successful candidate will assist with whole-class and 1:1 work, differentiate learning, and support pupils with SEND. A friendly and enthusiastic approach is essential to thrive in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience of KS2 is required.
• Level 2 Teaching Qualification or above.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Friendly and enthusiastic personality.
• Ability to offer differentiated learning and support pupils with SEND.

Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher in delivering a high-quality, inclusive learning environment.
• Provide a combination of whole-class support and targeted 1:1 assistance.
• Help meet the individual needs of pupils and promote academic and personal development.

Education

Level 2 Teaching Qualification or above
