Vision for Education Ltd in Newcastle Upon Tyne is seeking a Teaching Assistant for a part-time, temporary position from September 2026 to July 2027. The role covers Year 2 and Year 6, with responsibilities across KS1/KS2 and differentiated support for pupils, including SEND.

The post is two days per week (Monday and Thursday) in a busy primary school setting, offering PAYE rates and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within KS1 and KS2.
• Ability to differentiate learning for diverse pupils.
• Support pupils with SEND and adapt activities.

Responsibilities

• Support across Year 2 and Year 6.
• Cover two days per week (Mon and Thu).
• Work as part of a team to aid student learning.
