Philosophy Education LTD. in Brent is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school on a full-time basis starting in September 2026 to support learning and lead interventions.

You will work across the Year 5 cohort, delivering targeted English and Maths interventions, and provide general classroom support while helping to ensure pupils stay engaged and challenged. You will collaborate with teachers and the support staff to monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
• Experience delivering targeted intervention programmes in English and Maths would be highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead targeted English and Maths interventions for Year 5 pupils.
• Provide general classroom support across the year group and assist teachers with lesson delivery.
