Job summary

Milk Education are seeking an experienced Intervention Teacher to deliver targeted KS2 support at a Battersea school. You will run focused intervention sessions and monitor pupil progress to raise attainment in English and Maths.

The role requires QTS and prior intervention delivery experience, with a passion for helping children achieve their best and strong collaboration with school staff.

Qualifications

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status and is registered to teach in the UK.
• Experience delivering interventions or booster sessions in primary settings.
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and KS2 expectations.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills for working with pupils, teachers and parents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver focused intervention sessions across Key Stage 2.
• Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching accordingly.
• Work collaboratively with class teachers to plan and align support.
• Support pupils preparing for end-of-key-stage assessments.
• Encourage confidence and independent learning among learners.
