Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree from a Russell Group University.
• First-Class Honours Degree or strong 2:1.
• Excellent GCSE results in English, Maths and Science.
• Strong A-Level results.
• Education-related degree or degree with teaching relevance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence supporting pupils across different abilities.
• Genuine passion for education and child development.

Responsibilities

• Support teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
• Provide one-to-one and small-group academic interventions.
• Deliver targeted booster sessions in Maths and English.
• Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities.
• Monitor pupil progress and engagement.
• Promote positive behaviour and learning attitudes.
• Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment.
• Act as a positive role model for pupils.
